ZORA FEARGLAS & COUNCIL OF ELDERS URBAN FANTASY SERIES

Sofie is currently working on the novel Scarlet Souls, featuring part-time bar manager and budding magic-user Zora Fearglas.

Enchanting and thrilling in equal measures, the first book in the series is set in Prague where Sofie herself has been fortunate to spend some lovely weekends over the years. Soaking up the fairytale-like atmosphere that permeateas every bustling street corner and secret alleyway, Sofie immersed herself deeply in the fascinating folklore and deeply-seated traditions of the Bohemian capital. After many exciting months of writing the manuscript turned into the first installment in the Zora Fearglas series.

Then, drawn to an earlier historical period, a second series, Council of Elders, was born as if out of a creative firestorm. Set in the seventeenth century, the first book in the series, Crone Magic, features fledgling witch Magda, a firecracker of a main character that you’re sure to love (she’s just that awesome).
